Delivery Driver / Warehouse Forklift Operator (Sacramento)

Sacramento plastic distributor seeking warehouse/delivery driver/forklift operator in West Sacramento, Ca.

Primary duties will include:

• Ability to operate a forklift with minimum of 2 years of experience
• Will be making deliveries 60% of time, MUST have 2 years of CURRENT delivery exp. as well as warehouse. 
• Loading trucks with product and making deliveries in Sacramento area 
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Order Fulfillment— using appropriate paperwork, locate, pull and stage material for shipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Receiving—unload incoming shipments, compare documents for accuracy and notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies or damage. Identify and store material accordingly.
• Shipping—package materials, follow shipping method requested and submit paperwork upon completion
• Inventory organization
• Working on other projects as directed by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Forklift Exp. 2 years minimum
• Inventory Control
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening/and post offer BG check

Job Type: Full-time / Temp to Hire

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour DOE

Work Location:

• West Sacramento, Ca.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• 8-hour shift
• 8 am to 5 pm, potential OT
