Walmart eCommerce has developed an Associate Product Manager rotation program that will train you in the essential Product Management skills, as well as give you broad exposure to the entire eCommerce ecosystem, from our Supply Chain technology, Retail systems, and the Customer Experience on Walmart.com and our apps. You will spend 8 months as an Associate Product Manager in 3 different teams, working with experienced PMs, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers, gaining the skills you need as well as a deep understanding of Walmart’s eCommerce ecosystem. At the end of the program, you will graduate and be placed in a team owning and leading a feature area using your new skills, understanding, and connections to make a difference for Walmart’s customers around the country.

Responsibilities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify an analyze new product opportunities or feature ideas through both quantitate and qualitative measures.
• Develop a product roadmap for your product area and prioritize ruthlessly against your existing backlog and new opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and communicate product requirements and goals to design, engineers, and partners across the organization.
• Execute on your roadmap with engineering, design, and analytics and bring new features live to both internal and external customers.
• Communicate status and updates on your product and feature areas to your immediate team and leaders in the organization.
 

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirement
• Bachelor with STEM Degree

Preferred Qualifications
