Management Positions

OUTLETS MANAGER

Minimum 2 years F&B management experience. Assists the management team in the overall operation of Food and Beverage Outlets, while maintaining quality standards and maximizing profitability. Assist in the selection and supervision of all hoteliers. Will also assist in the design and development of division policies and operating budget including, but not limited to staffing, forecasts, payroll costs, together with the Outlets team.

HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Responsible for assisting the Director of Housekeeping in the overall management and efficient functioning of the Housekeeping Department. Must have the ability to work with a multi-cultural staff in a multi-task environment. Must have good communication skills. Must display a genuine regard for the workforce, concern for quality, hospitality and guest satisfaction.

SOUS CHEF

Control, organize and set up all duties directed by the management of the kitchen, including, but not limited to line station set up, staff supervision, food preparation, cost control and labor cost of the Feinstein’s, Anzu and Banquets departments. Minimum 4+ years experience or apprenticeship program, preferably in clubs or hotels. Thorough knowledge of Asian, Classical and Modern cooking. Culinary Arts degree preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

BANQUET MANAGER

Minimum 2 years F&B/Banquet management experience; Must have computer and micros (or related point of sales system) knowledge; Strong food & beverage knowledge and service skills; Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills, ability to handle large, detailed paper flow and must be able to multi-task. Must have excellent interpersonal and guest interaction skills.

Full- Time Positions

MOONLIGHT SECURITY OFFICER

Hospitality-driven individual with a positive, professional and friendly attitude with at least one year of hotel experience. Must have ability to multitask, work both in a team & independently. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling conflicts. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer, have knowledge of Microsoft Word and be able to type documents and other necessary office equipment. Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust, loud noises, strong odors, cigarette smoke and bright lights. Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property either by stairways, escalators or elevators. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and any assigned shift as needed – moonlight shift is from 10:30pm-6:30am.

CATERING COORDINATOR

Minimum 2 years administrative experience. Must have working knowledge of Delphi, OPERA, Passkey, Excel and MS Word, be detail oriented, and have strong organizational skills. Must be service oriented and able to work as a team member. Experience in the hospitality industry is strongly desired.

STEWARD

1 year experience in stewarding in a hotel, catering, or restaurant environment preferred. Job requires working in the back of the house with such duties as stacking, operation of dish machine, and cleaning. Good communication skills required. Must have scheduling flexibility and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays and shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. or more. Job requires bending, sitting and standing.

ROOM ATTENDANT

Must be able to clean up to 14 room credits per 8 hour shift. Must be service-oriented and able to understand and take directions from Supervisors in English. Must have flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

COOK III (FOOD TRUCK)

Minimum 1-2 years experience, culinary degree preferred. Knowledge of classical, California and Japanese cuisine. Flexibility with working hours. Team player with ability to work different stations in kitchen, banquets, food truck and Harmony. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. California driver license preferred.
