This convenient, affordable and environmentally friendly option has helped us grow quickly in the Oakland and Berkeley area.   Come join our fleet team with an amazing culture where you can thrive and use your skills to help deliver best-in-class Member experiences and have a positive impact on the diverse communities we serve.   Key Responsibilities: Reposition Gig cars from low utilization zones to high utilization zones Refuel and clean Gig cars in the fleet for a great Member experience Shuttle Gig cars for maintenance and repair services (e.g., oil changes, flat tire repairs, etc.) Inspect, photograph and determine resolution of damaged vehicles Test, diagnose, service and repair vehicle telematics technology Perform light maintenance (e.g., battery jump, changing tires, etc.) Prepare cars for in-fleeting and de-fleeting Audit quality of work of third party fleet partners   What you’ll need to join: Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record At least 21 years old with minimum of 5 years of driving experience Customer service facing experience Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to work weekends High School Diploma or GED   What you’ll need to succeed: Ability to creatively problem solve with an attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate with Team Members, partners and Gig Members Ability to deliver best-in-class experiences Have an internal drive to do what it takes to get the job done with a Member focus mentality   Natasha Glynn
