The founders of JSL Technologies, Inc., Joseph T. Black III, President/CEO: An innovative professional with over 26 years of progressive management and administrative experience in the execution of Government services contracts. He is an expert in strategic planning, new business start up, market plan execution, capital asset oversight, cost containment, budgeting/finance, customer service, staff training, supervision and mentoring. Ben Fujikawa, President of Operations: Over 37 years of extensive DoD experience in managing large, complex projects with exceptional results. He is well versed in all aspects of management, e.g. supervising a large organization, coordinating program elements, finance and budgeting, controlling resources, marketing services and working as a key customer liaison. Jed Williams, President of Engineering: Over 29 years of professional engineering experience as both a systems engineer and manager while working at progressively increasing levels of responsibility in aerospace engineering and various Navy shipbuilding, radar, electrical, and logistics disciplines. He has demonstrated the ability to not only drive complex Navy problems to solution but to communicate, collaborate and implement new ideas and/or technology in a rapidly changing and challenging environment. Jim Savage, Executive Vice President of JSL Technologies, Inc. has over 40 years of extensive experience in Business Operations. His technical, management and business development skills make him a key executive partner. His experience, knowledge and understanding of the Federal government and the DoD provide a vast network and essential relationships with government and industry personnel. Jim's abilities are essential to JSL's roadmap of business goals, planning, and strategy to pursue and capture new business opportunities.
