Scope:  Provide general logistics support to the International Programs Office (IPO) in support of FMS cases primarily related to Lightweight (LWT) and Heavyweight (HWT) torpedoes.  Occasionally support will be related to non-torpedo programs where NUWC Division Keyport serves as sole source for manufacture/repair of limited aircraft components, aircraft support equipment or launch vehicles. Duties: Material Requirements List (MRL) Develop preliminary MRLs using Keyport International Programs Management Information System (KIPMIS) Provide status of preliminary MRLs as they go through the development phase to production phase. Update MRLs as material is procured, received, added to inventory and issued to the appropriate FMS case. Material Research Contractor shall query the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Ordnance Information System (OIS), FEDLOG and/or Government websites to research HWT and LWT Torpedo, and Launch Vehicle inventory records. Contractor will conduct research to ascertain material characteristics such as Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), height & weight dimensions, shelf life, security classification, etc. as required. Material Condition The contractor shall notify the appropriate IPO country Manager when material is received that is associated with the Return and Repair Program. The Contractor shall, when notified by the Government, coordinate and track the movement of material from the FMS staging facility to the NUWC Keyport IMA, Depot Maintenance Facility (DMF) or appropriate location until it is returned to the staging facility. The Contractor shall notify the appropriate IPO Country Manager when material has been returned to the FMS staging facility and the current Material Condition Code (MCC). The Contractor shall communicate daily with the FMS HWT & LWT torpedo support teams, IMA and DMF production managers by way of meetings, phone calls, and e-mails as required. Coordinate disposition instructions for all non-repairable material and apprise the FMS Country Manager of the estimated cost to replace and/or Demilitarize (DEMIL) each item as required.       Material Shipment Prepare material pick lists to supplement Material Movement Document (MMD), Form DD 1348s, and Form DD 1149s as required. Coordinate and track the movement of material from the FMS staging facility to the Naval Supply Systems Command – Weapon Systems Support FLC. Notify the appropriate IPO Country Manager when the FMS Partner has not responded to the Notice of Availability (NOA) within 30 days of submission by the FLC.       James
